Pieter van Wingerden (CMC ’24) is a Fellow at The Public Interest Fellowship, a fellowship for young professionals interested in working in politics, policy, and journalism. Fellows are given full-time employment in Washington, D.C., along with professional development opportunities designed to advance their careers, such as evening seminars, academic retreats, media training, and other networking events.
Pieter will return to campus to talk about TPIF on Thursday, November 13. Current seniors at the Claremont Colleges considering TPIF are encouraged to attend to learn more before the application deadline in December. Current juniors are also invited to attend to be aware of post-grad opportunities such as TPIF.
